Currently our carriers are DHL, UPS & USPS. Orders shipped to a PO Box may be shipped Priority Mail. All products are available to the US & Canada. We do not currently ship our products Worldwide. We are Currently offering FREE UPS Ground Shipping within the US & Canada!
Our Return Policy...
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it for you within 10 business days of receiving your shipment. Any returned item must be unworn, and in perfect condition to be re-sellable. We Do NOT Accept returns on USED items, this is for your protection & that of our other Customers. The reason being, Lingerie (thongs, g-strings, teddies, bra's, bikini's, hosiery, etc.) is considered "intimate" apparel. If you are concerned about the fit please check the sizing charts before ordering. We will not exchange any item that has obviously been worn. We will gladly exchange unworn items. We also are not responsible for defects or damage caused by Customer Error. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to any returns. Please Contact Us prior to all returns to obtain the necessary return information.
