Do You have a Retail Store?

We do not currently have a retail store, However we do offer our Huge Selection of Quality Products from our online store.

How can I join or Remove My Name from your Mailing list?

If you would like to be Added to/Removed from our Mailing list Please Contact Us via email to customercare@pleasemelingerie.com with "Add Me" or "Remove Me" as the Subject Title.

Do you sell Wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale, we are strictly an online retail store at this time.

Do you have a catalog?

We do not currently have a catalog, but will inform you in the future should one come available.

Do you Carry Plus Sizes?

Many of our Products are available in Plus Sizes.  Please see the Home Page for a Link to the specific "Plus Size" area you are looking for. 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

No, we do not charge sales tax. 

Can I get a refund if I don't like my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it for you.  For us to be in compliance with Federal Health Regulations, any returned item must be unworn, and in perfect condition to be re-sellable.  We Do NOT  Accept returns on USED items & We do test all Returns to varify that they are in fact unworn.  This is for your protection & that of our other Customers.  The reason being, Lingerie (thongs, g-strings, teddies,bras, bikini's, hosiery, etc.) is considered "intimate" apparel.  If you are concerned about the fit please check the sizing charts before ordering & be sure to try your purchase on while wearing undergarments.  We cannot exchange any item that has obviously been worn.  We will gladly exchange unworn items.  We also are not responsible for defects or damage caused by Customer Error.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Please Contact Us prior to all returns to obtain the necessary return information.

Can you ship my order to a different address than my mailing/billing address?

Yes!  Of course we can!  Please Contact Us via email to let us know what you ordered and where you'd like it shipped-please include all information pertaining to the order such as the order confirmation number etc.  However, our credit card processing service evaluates each transaction seperately, and approvals are given on a case by case basis.  We will let you know by email if we require more information to complete your request.  Some cases may require you to contact your credit card company and add another address to your account.  They can usually update your account within just a few minutes.

What if I am looking for a product that I can't find on your site?

If you are looking for a product that you can't find, please just drop us an email or telephone call.  We will do everything in our power to help you out.
